The Call

Hey how was talking with Ben? How long did he get? and also how did the blessing go? Love you! Here are pictures too...There is a picture with Lynette and Jose (1st baptism) then there is my whole Zone for the second transfer, Me and a great sign! Grandmas treats she sent me! (MMM GOOD) then there is Christmas day with the Roses (Porter and Talmage play violin and cello) and the whole rose family, and then there is the recent convert Deedee and her roommate they gave us scarfs and mittens for Christmas, and then we decorated a jewish ginger bread house last week but made it a beach house instead :)

Christmas Week and Transfers!

Hey everyone! So I am getting transferred out of Whittier into the Lakewood zone, but I think it is actually in Cerritos....I am not sure at all. I am excited to meet people there but I am kinda saddened about leaving Whittier and all of the people here and Sister Folsom. I know that this new area will be good though and have heard good things about it...not that that matters because apparently Whittier West zone wasn't a good area to be in but Sister Folsom and I have had much success in the area. SO really it is all about attitude. Besides we wouldn't have missionaries where God hasn't prepared people.

This past week we had a great finding story! So Sister Folsom contacted a guy at the library last week while we were emailing and got his address and on Friday we went to go contact him...well we were walking down trying to find the right house when we met a lady named Julie and we started talking with her about the gospel and she seemed pretty open she said it was okay that we come back and referred us to her husband. Said that he really needed God in his life at this time. She told us where she lived and we discovered after she kept walking to her destiny that it was the same house as the man we were going to contact. So we decided that we would just come back at the return appointment that we had made. It was awesome! So we went and saw them yesterday well him, the wife wasn't there. But we made another return apt and am excited for him to keep progressing. It was a miracle the way everything happened though!
Happy Birthday to Rachel tomorrow!!!! Hope she enjoys her 18th Birthday! You are so OLD!!!! HOLY COW! I am sending a package she has presents and it will also have my quad in it for Chad to use! Thanks for all the presents and letters! I got the wards letters! That was super sweet!

Happy New Year!

Addresses

Hey so items of need currently are:

Anthony and Mckaes Address,
Stuart's Address,
Cooper's address,
That would be super helpful!

Christmas is coming! Mom thanks for sending that stuff!!! I really appreciate it. And Aunt Josee. I don't know what I have gotten yet if you sent it to the office I would hope it is there but I might not get it until Thursday. Unfortunately. But that is okay. Aunt Josee wasn't I suppose to wait until Christmas to open it? I am not going to cheat myself by opening it sooner, unless you wrapped whatever is in it. But My comp will check if it comes to that.  So yeah....Mom what ever you would like to send excluding would be great. I love the pictures of Jesus and temples that are smaller, remember the ones you bought me before I left? Oh and here is a story about those cards. So we wanted to contact this lady and she was walking infront of us and she had two little boys with her well I used the cards to get their attention and now we are going to go see her this week. Hopefully it continues to progress. I really liked the lady that we talked with. She was very open, friendly and well lots of potential. Pray for us! So yeah those pictures I have been giving away. Umm music that is like motab or whatever. I don't really need anything right now. Talk with aunt Josee I did give her a slight list a while back :)

So this past week we had the ward Christmas Party. It was such a success. It was awesome. We had 3 investigators come and a few less actives. We also met two different less active families who we are going to keep going by. They are very friendly and absolutely love us. There was a primary nativity which was ADORABLE! It made me slightly home sick actually, but I loved it! I love Christmas. We have been sharing a Christmas message which has been getting us into a few more doors than normal and I love it! I have also been asking families to read Luke Chapter 2 together as a family so I hope that every family will do this (Mom, Dianna, Anth, Will, Stuart, relatives...) Thanks! It will definately bring an added measure of Christmas Spirit in the homes and who doesn't want that around Christmas???

Deedee is doing great! Still just on a role...she has been reading with her roommate and we started working with another recent convert who is just super sweet. She was baptized the same day as Deedee and is just so strong in the gospel. She is always reminding people to be respectful of the gospel and the Spirit that way everyone can feel of God's love. These two women are both such huge examples to me of faith and I am slightly ashamed of the times I took being a member for granted.

Well the last of the month is coming, have you all taken Elder Ballards challenge and invited someone closer to Christ by talking with them about the gospel? If not do you have a plan to implement in the next two weeks?

I love you all!!!!

Strange things are Happenin' to......

Hey Everyone,

So this past week has been an adventure. My companion has been called as a sister training leader and so she had a meeting on Tuesday which went from a what we thought would be an hour training to a 5 hour training which was slightly a little crazy so I got rushed to another companionship and basically went on an exchange in someone elses area. It was great! Got to know the two sisters better. Sister Doyle is one of the sisters that was in our group who is, for those who came to my last sacrement talk prior to leaving and remember, Brandon's little sister. They are alike that is for sure! I loved it though! Anyways...so then we went on two exchanges and I was able to go with two different sisters in my area. So on Wednesday I was with Sister Aliki who is the one in the picture. She is from Tonga and we were able to do service for the member that we live with by helping her decorate her house for Christmas! It was so awesome! This was her first time ever decorating a Christmas tree and she was so excited about it! I love her enthusiasm! We also rode bikes which was also her first time and I just about died of a heart attack!!! Seriously, she kinda would ride in the middle of the rode and it was giving me some mommy moments when I see her life flashing before my eyes as a car comes. But she did really well. Super powerful missionary. Very spiritually prepared.

Then there was Thanksgiving. It was a great day. We made Aunt Josee's yam sufflet which wasn't as good as her's but edible and took it to Margaret (the one in the wheelchair from last week) and then we had mexican food. It was delicious. It was rice and beans and a type of beef and I can't even tell you what it was called with tortillas. Yummy! We took a pumpkin pie to a members house who was less active and struggling to have dessert , but her husband who was higher than high came in and touched it and so we felt like the safest thing to do was not partake of our yummy pie. It was interesting! But the member was very thankful because it was the only Thanksgiving food that she had that day.

I love seeing all the Christmas lights out here. Everyone has decked out for Christmas already and I absolutely love it! We listen to Christmas music that sister Folsom got and I just love Christmas!!! (Slightly missing the snow but it is okay...I will have plenty more Christmas's with Snow)

2Nephi chapter 4 has been just a great chapter for me this week! Check it out!
Mom, Ken, you are awesome to help the Missionaires...sometimes they really are very lost and need members help. Thats for sure! We definately rely on the members a ton!

Love you all!

This Sick week

Hey Everyone!

so this past week we got slightly sick...unfortunately. But honestly I got the better end. I was sick in the morning and was able to continue working through the day...hopefully it stays that way! So this week we met with an investigator and she is SOOOOO prepared! I can't even tell you. she is recognizing that God is answering her prayers and she realizes that it isn't the way that she thinks He would have but He is AND that we have something to do with IT! We really don't but our message does!!!! It is so COOL! I love her so much! She is going through a whole lot at this time and my heart just aches for her! I can't even tell you how much I wish that she wasn't going through all of these things but I know that she is on her path back to God and she NEEDS this gospel and now she will listen! I feel so blessed to have found her. She said that it wasn't a coincidence that we found her because she was getting taught in AZ and now she has seen us here!!! She was disappointed when we had to reschedule our appointment with her and all of these different things! So blessed.

So this week is looking to be a great week as well. We are meeting lots of new people and we will be having a mexican Thanksgiving!!!! I am actually excited about it! And then we can start listening to Christmas music!!! I am so excited!!! But I need Christmas CD's to listen too.....SOOOO Ma Familia.....can you help me out here??? I would love that...and sooner the better :). You know how much I LOVE Christmas and especially the Music!!!

So I haven't heard from Stuart or Anthony or Mckae...I would love to write them. Unfortunately I don't have their addresses. If someone would get that to me I would be so grateful!

Oh so Mom....I am suppose to tell you thank you for raising me from Elder Packer...(It is President Packers Son) and yeah we got interview (scary) (jk but really). We had a zone confrence this past week and we were able to discuss how to use Family History which is great because I LOVE it! I just need some more information such as Grandpa Smith's and Grandma's Smiths Grandparents and Parents names....Don't freak too much I think I have them but am not 100% that they are right so if you would just give them to me so I can know that as I am sharing that I won't be lying so the spirit can be stronger and my family happier on the other side for correctly getting their names. I know it would please me if I was on the other side!

Well we are doing well...Elders want the email now so I better get going! Love you all!

1st Transfer Down!

Hey Everyone...
Thanks for the answers...really I just don't know what to think about it and the fact that my life is now just getting rocked by the answer. So anyways....
Mom will you send me Chad's small quad and I will turn around and send a set of my scriptures so that he can use those ones. I need a small set turns out...Thanks!
This past week we had two different baptisms. Lynette and Mckenna. both went really well and I will send pictures. We are hoping that we can teach Mckenna's mom and sister now. Pray for us!!!!
You can include the next story:
So we were driving to our baptism yesterday and I guess the YSA ward had just ended and there were two guys standing by this girl next to her car. totally flirting my initial response was " What do those elders think they are doing!!!!" Then I realized that they weren't missionaries just dressed up for church and that they could actually be doing that....I am definitely turning into a missionary!
Saw a mastif today...it was huge and fluffy! I want one now! so I am e-mailing it so I won't forget what it is called!
So onto some spiritual juice! So yesterday during sacrement we were asked to do a musical number. We had margaret who has cerebral palsy come and sing with us. the member who wanted us to sing wasn't as excited to have her sing with us because she can't really sing but we all wanted her to sing with us so we had her sing with us. It was so great! She was so happy and just beaming! she has been a less active
and really it has been because she doesn't feel loved or important. But she felt important and loved that day! Everyone came up and complimented her and thanked us for including her. They said that touched their hearts. The spirit was so strong in that meeting yesterday! AHHH there is so much to write but this will be it for this week! Love you all! enjoy the pics!

November 11

So NO ONE ANSWERED MY QUESTION!!!!!!!! I am so curious as to why Thanksgiving is on the FOURTH Thursday of the month instead of the third. Will someone please find that out for me?????

Today is going to be our first baptism in the area. We are really excited about it. Me and Sister Folsom actually are just so blessed. Honestly we are going to have two baptisms in one week and we didn't really do anything except show up. Lynette who is getting baptized today has been seeing missionaries for the last two years and really the people who have influenced her the most have been her home teachers. We just showed up and she decided that she actually wanted to be baptized. So it's happening today. Cool huh??? Our other baptism is going to happen next week. Her name is Mckenna and she is 17. She has been waiting for permission since she was 8 to get baptized and now her mom has given her permission. She has come with her grandparents to church for years and now she will become a member. She knows way more about the gospel than we teach her and we are just so excited to be here to see the miracles that are happening. Her mom who wouldn't give permission came to church yesterday and sat in on our lesson. It was awesome! She was so receptive to the things that we taught her. So pretty much we are just being handed some really awesome experiances. I think that Sister Folsom has worked pretty hard and is now seeing her rewards. She is really an amazing companion. She and I are officially friends. We work really well together. We are really excited about what is happening in Mckenna's life and in her family though. They are just the best people and she deserves this. Her little sister is even coming to church now! We are very excited about it. We also did a portion of a lesson with a member referral at a dinner apt yesterday and she seemed curious and receptive. We plan to go back. Hopefully all goes well there. She just had a baby and we were teaching about how much God loves us comparing it to how much she loves her new baby and that God loves us even more. It was cute. She just got a shocked look on her face and said "Wow!" Yeah it was cute.
Oh my goodness!!! You should read this story!!! It is a good one!!!

So a week ago we contacted a guy on a bike and we started talking to him and he told us how he sees us all over the place and what not. So we asked him if we could come share our message with him and he said to call him sometime and if he was home we could share it. We introduced ourselves as Sister Pendleton and Sister Folsom. He then wanted to know our first names which we then responded that we just go by our last name while we are on our mission and he seemed to think that was weird but whatever. So we went to contact him on Friday. We were in a lesson that went SOOOO well, but it also went over. So we called him and told him we were going to be late and he said that was okay. Well we didn't really think about the third woman we would need in order to go inside and I thought I had remembered him saying he lived with his parents so it wouldn't really matter. (He is like late 40's early 50's ish) But as we walked up I said to my comp that we probably should have gotten another girl and she noticed the table and chairs outside and we decided we could just do the lesson outside. That was fine we thought. well when we were invited in we asked if their was another woman in the house and he said no his dad's girlfriend wasn't there but his dad was. And we asked if we could stay outside and talk but he just gave this look like "you are rediculous!" And he said he wanted to sit down that he wouldn't do anything and we could come in. We said we couldn't but we would love to come back with another lady later if that was okay. He said not to worry about it because if there were so many different rules like him not being able to know our first names than he wouldn't want to be apart of it anyways. We were shocked. We had totally forgotten about the first name thing from before. But it was really sad to see how something so small got in the way of Eternal Life. That is definitaly how  the devil works. It is sad. He really is super tricky. But fortunately God is stronger and very straight forward. He doesn't hide but by small and simple means great things come to pass!!!

Well we are excited about the baptisms and great things are happening!

Love you all

This Past Week

Hey!

So first things first! Did you know that Thanksgiving is on the LAST Thursday of the month this year????? So I NEED someone to just answer WHY and HOW that even happened!!! Kinda freeking out about it currently!!!

Alright now that the business is taken care of on to my doings....So a complete miracle happened this past week. We got a new investigator who is going to be baptized in about a week! She is a great girl! her story is basically that her dad is a member and her mom is not. Her dad went inactive and they have been raised by the grandparents who are very strong in the gospel and have just been a great example to everyone! So she has been wanting to be baptised all her life but her mom wouldn't give her permission and so her grandma has told her to just pray that her moms heart would be softened. They have been praying for years and now out of the blue her mom has decided that she will allow her to be baptized!!! They are so excited about it and reallly it is such a huge miracle! You can definately see God's hand in all of the process. She has been coming to church for years and she has been doing seminary study and she wants to go to BYU. She is a great girl and she has pushed through rough times but has definately proved herself!
We have a few other investigators who are progressing nicely. We are pretty busy but wish that we could be a little more busy.
We contacted some Jehovah Wittnesses the other day. That was interesting. I was slightly sad because I wasn't able to ask them the one question that I really wanted answered...I can't look it up so if someone will look it up for me and report...find out what they believe about blood products and such. I wanted to ask them personally but they were educating us about what they believed and it just didn't seem quite apppropriate. But it was a peacable meeting. They showed me what it was like to be on the other side of a lesson. I have vowed to do my best to change how I teach so that way they will be more receptable to the gospel.

Well Love you all!!! I hope everything is going well!

Halloween

Hey Everyone!!!!

So this week has been just a great week!!! Okay I guess I am really talking about last week but it has been good! So we basically had meetings everyother day because I am new and we had zone confrence and what not. But it was HILARIOUS!!! So I was meeting a lot of new elders and sisters and since everyone is asking me what I did before and if I plan on going to school and what what. well they are discovering that I am not 19 or 20 or even 21 but 23. I don't care but some of them are just so funny about it. Especially this one elder. He was just asking me lots of nosy questions about why I came out here and he was very open about how he didnt understand why I would leave my job and this and that to go on a mission so I decided to have some fun with him. SO I told him what he was probably thinking anyways but I said "Well basically I just gave up on love and that was why I came out." Yes I attempted to do it straight faced and no it didn't work but his reaction was PRICELESS!!!! He was so shocked and I just started laughing and said no not really I am just kidding! Then he was all confused. But It was funny. I want to firmly declare to everyone. I came out to the mission because that is where I felt God wanted me to go. I had a desire to serve him and was therefore called to the work. Refer to D&C 4! So anyways as for how the work is coming...we have a lot of investigators apparently. We picked up two new investigators and I am just beginning to see the love that God has for all of his children. He truly wants everyone back. The one investigator we have is Lynette. Her husband is a member and she has been investigating for the last two years but she is progressing so much more now. She is opening up to us and the other day we had such a powerful lesson. Her husband opened up about how he became a member and just how he knows that the gospel is such a blessing in his life. He wants that eternal family and Oh I wish you could have been there!!! I am so blessed to be in this area! So many good people. So we have been riding bikes and I kinda wish I could video tape it just because we are so awkward on them and everyone gives us this look like "oh those poor girls..." But I just smile and wave. We even got an appointment with a guy because we make such an impression while we ride our bikes about. It was cool. Contacted while riding a bike. We did ride like two streets longer because we were contacting him but that was definitly worth it.

Oh I want to know if the family is looking for one person that they can have the missionaries teach? I challenge you to by the end of the year have one person for the missionaries to teach. It will bless your life!

Love you all!!!

Attempts and ultimate fails.

Hey Everyone!

So This week has been an amazing week. Seriously it has just been hilarious. We were tracting and I went up to this guy with the purpose of life pass a long card and the guy was hesitant about taking the card and said to me " I know what the purpose of life is do you?" he was very almost mean about answering, I think he wanted to trick us or something.  Thankfully I knew the answer and he calmed down just a bit and then asked us if we were jehovas witnesses or mormons. It was interesting...then I offered a Christ picture to a man who should of had a shirt on...and he told me that that wasn't what Christ looked like...Christ was black and he adametly said this. Well, we left it at that. It was very interesting. We have had a few others tell us that the picture we have isn't what Christ looks like, I just want to know how they know that this isn't the way Christ looks. I am actually almost afraid to ask them though, I just don't know what I would do with the information they gave me. Well we were looking up former investigators this week and made a few return apts and we looked up less actives in the area for back ups. We then discovered that our back up for the former investigator was the same person. Her husband was actually a member. So we have decided that we are going to not give up on this family. That was a very cool experiance. Then it happened again well kinda. Last night we had a less active/active member apt at 8. We like those appointment times because we don't like to be out at 8 knocking or contacting. It gets dark at 630 and we find people to be much more friendly before 8 than after. So we went to this house of a less active we were trying to find at 7  and the other member, the one we had an apointment with came out all excited. She had told us that we could come earlier if we wanted. So we then had an apointment at 7 instead of 8. We both wanted to turn around and pretend that she didn't see us and we didn't see her and come back at 8. But she was so excited to see us that we couldn't do that. So we went out knocking for other less actives at 8. Needless to say no one let us in and only one person answered the door. Their face was hilarious though. They just looked at us like we were crazy. They confirmed that this less active had moved but I went to go into making this a great contacting moment but he just litterally looked at us like we were nuts! I said well we are missionaries and we share messages...he cut me off and then said "At 9 o'clock at night?" with a what??? look on his face and we just were like no we would just set return apts and we just stopped there and said goodbye. Hopefully he gets another opportunity to hear the gospel message. I know he will, it was such an interesting experiance...See how these experiances all were meant with such great love and zeal to do missionary work but just didn't work out??? Yeah don't worry though we have had great experiances. We met two new investigators and they are both looking for new churches and we asked them to live the word of wisdom and they agreed to it. We just have to follow up. But they are interested and it has gone really well!

So mon freres et ma souer et ma mere! Will you committ to finding one person that the missionaries can teach before the end of the year? Like Elder Ballard's talk suggests???? You can do it! Pray for it! The members are huge in the mission work!

Love you all! Know that I love serving a mission and trust me I am not put down at all about my fails...I have just learned how not to contact people and I thought you would enjoy some of the stories!

Sister Pendleton

P.S. Next week we are going to the L.A. temple on Monday, but we will get to write on Tuesday.  oh, please send me Michelle, Anthony, and Stuart's email addresses!  Love you all!

Week 2 of Cali

Hey everyone,

#1 So my p-day was the following thursday after I entered the MTC and then I flew out on tuesday so I missed my mission p-day. So mondays are my p-day I just had to wait till now. I made it laundry wise though...barely! So Mom sorry I didn't e-mail you, apparently you don't have the makettle email and I never learned the other one. So now I have it! Jess, I would have called but my calling card only allowed me to call once. So I should have really just sang to you! Don't worry I still love you and thank you so much for the pictures of the Conner. Anth Mckae, would love more pictures from you as well as Dianna...So these past two weeks have been a blur. First off so the MTC was great! I learned a lot and had 9 people in my district. One Elder was my age but I was still older than him. Everyone knows I am older and it is funny  because they are all afraid to ask me about how 0ld I am. So I flew out to Cali and the Lord answered my prayers. I sat by a complete stranger who for 2 hours we just sat and talked religion. It was GREAT! She took a pass along card and she said how she probably wouldn't have let one of the missionaries in but I hope now that she has met one of us that she will. She was such a great person and the gospel could add so much to her life. So then I got off the plane met the president and his wife and some AP's. Then I was assigned temporarily to a three some. Yes Aunt Faun...your words rang in my head!!!! It was actually okay. it wasn't as bad as I thought it could have gone. That day we met with this family who turns out to be the family of Will's last companion, wilhelm. Which made me laugh because it really is like the whole where ever I go I am "Will's Sister" which is actually kind of comforting in a sense. I was reassigned the next day to Sister Folsom, and we are white washing an area where sisters havent been for probably at least 30 yrs. We haven't figured out why except that the ward we are in have been praying for a year or longer for sister missionaries and have been expecting them since february so we are the long awaited sister missionaries. It has been great working with them. We have a lot of less actives in the area and the area is really nice, and friendly. There are areas where we are not allowed after dark and we have a car once it gets dark. I love my companion though she is great! She is from North Salt Lake and is just such a sweet girl. We live with a member who reminds me of a grandma. So the most different thing I have seen is a drug deal... NO ONE FREAK OUT! Hahaha it was so funny to watch cause as I was watching (inside my car) I was like seriously this isn't happening is it??? but it did!!! I was so shocked...needless to say it was amazing and honestly I was looking forward to seeing something like that. Then we walked into an area where it was potent of weed. It was crazy! Don't worry we smelled it and then it kept getting stronger so I looked at my comp and said "Sister, you know what that is right?" and she just said slightly rejected "Yes, yes I do." So we turned around before we even got close to anyone. Lets just say there was a mass amount of people there. And then we actually went to see someone else, who took us to the person we actually wanted to see in the first place. It was AMAZING because God really watches out for us and I saw that first hand. Mom, Grandma don't worry we are smart and have quickly learned what area to avoid and we have God's protection. You will hear all my awesome stories as they come.  It was eye opening in the least! We haven't been able to teach many people but we have a lot more planned for this week. The elders have just handed us 3 investigators with a date but we haven't met with them yet. We keep missing them just barely. I will be sending letters here soon. Will someone please send me Ben's address please!!! Thanks. So yeah umm...learning so much very quickly. Yes I did see Abigail. That was fun. I saw her the training day we had for everyone leaving on Oct 8th and then I saw her at the airport when we left. I saw sydnie carter too at the mtc and Shayla clifton. I think my favorite thing so far is contacting. that is pretty fun. Will someone please get me Kami's email address??? Kelly maybe? I would really appreciate it! Well that's it for this week!
Love you all!!!

The MTC

Hey Everyone!

I don't have much time but I will try to get everything that I want said. So pretty much I have pictures but I won't be able to load those this week apparently. Unfortunately. I am very sad about that but it's okay. So my comp is sister correa which is brazillian which means the two rr's are a BIG H. so hopefully you can pronounce that better than I could for the first day. So I love her though. Big adjustment to Sister Pendleton though. It was crazy and now that it has been a week that is my first name. Hahaha everything is happening so fast. I feel like the days are like months but the weeks fly by!!! We have been teaching progressives and the TRC people who come in from off the street. This person we met with last time totally dominated the conversation and I learned that when the investigator controls the conversation the Lord cannot speak to them at all. I am quickly learning what I don't know and just trying to remember what I do know. But thankfully I have a strong testimony and just know that this is right so of course I am going to keep learning. So something I didn't think about prior to buying new scriptures is that all of my lovely scriptures that I had highlighted and knew where they were by flipping and what color they were highlighted don't exist now so I feel like I am at square one with the scriptures. Oh well, I love starting over. I now know that I have a lot of coloring activities a head of me.
So I don't know if I got mom's email right so will someone please pass this onto her. It might just be jess that I have right right now. So Mom, I need my pants. Did you send them somewhere cause I don't have any? And could you also send a t-shirt that doesn't have any logos or writing on it. That would be much appreciated. Send it to my mission home address. I fly out at I think 6 in the morning on Oct. 8th. So I guess if we call expect it then! I know I am just a bright happy early bird and would love to wake you all up!
There are so many things that have happened and I just don't know what else to say. I do love the strength of the mtc and seriously I just LOVE the Lord. He knows exactly what I need and can handle. Also my brain feels like it is literally growing because I have to take in so much information. It kinda hurts sometimes and I feel so tired but have been literally having nightmares the past week because my brain won't shut off which doesn't help me with sleep. I think it is because everything is so new. Extent of nightmares....I dreamt I was a nurse and discharging a baby and the baby died and I had to do CPR and the baby lived but yeah...positive note about not sleeping well...I have been able to get up early and on time everyday without too much resistance. Also I have come to realize that I need to strive to understand the Lord not have the Lord understand me.

Well Love you all!!!!

The Call

Preparation!

The countdown has now started!!! Only 13 days until I enter the Provo MTC. I now have my luggage and I am starting to pack. I can't believe that it is FINALLY happening!!! But my bank account is silently hoping that I leave soon. I am so excited to enter this new chapter of my life.
